RATES FOR 2025

While our cottage rental rates have remained largely the same as last year, they may be subject to change without notice.

The way the rates are structured reflects our emphasis on extended stays of 4 nights or longer, away from weekend-only guests. Below are the current rates (effective until Dec 31, 2025 or until further notice).

Rates shown below are per night and include 9% state and local tax. There is also an additional charge for pets and for additional vehicles parked on the premises.
